Kristine Hughes

I have been a personal trainer for over six years. I'm certified with ACE. I have been working out and interested in fitness since the age of 16. My passion continued through the degree of Nutrition which I pursued through University. Throughout school I worked at various gyms as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant and loved it. I still help friends and family out at the gym and with their programs today. I am currently employed with MuscleTech as a copywriter/martketer. I continue to study the field of health and fitness and stay up-to-date with everything going on.
