Tai Allison

Tai (the word) is from the book of I Ching, a book of Chinese philosophy. Tai means peace and harmony, which is really how I try to live my life, with myself, others, and the earth. 

Mom, business owner, healthy living mentor, beach body coach, yoga teacher, and aspiring writer, I have been practicing yoga since I was 28. I strive to guide people to come from a place of health, body, mind, and soul to heal themselves and to discover the power for anything they need is already inside. I work with people to empower themselves to find the Grace and Connection they seek. I teach yoga, meditation, and nutrition from an ayervedic point of view. I work with people in a group setting or in private sessions. 

I teach weekly classes, monthly workshops along with retreats to go even deeper into holistic healing through yoga, meditation, journaling, and self care.

I give tools to people I teach in hopes of them being able to grow themselves and be more of a complete spiritual being on this earth. I am passionate about Yoga and the many health benefits it offers, body, mind, and soul. Learning and living a yogic lifestyle has helped me to be a better person for myself and for my family. I truly believe we have the power to heal the body using not only the asana, yoga poses, but the rest of the ancient yoga philosophies and traditions as well."
