Rachael Meir

Dr. Rachael Meir, Clinical Psychologist and Director of the Behavioral Health and Wellness department at Denver Health (a non-profit, safety net hospital in Colorado), regularly trains a wide range of healthcare providers, mental health specialists, and other frontline staff on ways to improve the quality and effectiveness of communication and counseling with clients about health behavior change. Her general interests include health psychology and behavioral medicine with a specific focus on chronic disease management, weight management and increasing engagement in physical activity.  As an ACE-certified fitness professional, Rachael also teaches a variety of fitness class formats and loves to help show people that exercise can be fun!  She loves to ski, bike, hike, and cook.  Rachael strives to live life to its fullest…every single day!
