I have over 8 years in leading group and individual fitness programs. I started in the military leading Physical Training and Remedial PT and in 2004 obtained my certification from the International Fitness Association. Being a certified instructor from OSHA, MSHA, National Safety Council, Department of Homeland Security, and FEMA has enabled me to be able to structure training to all levels of fitness.
