Alicia Grenham

Alicia holds a group fitness certification from AFAA and specializes in high intensity interval training. She gets her motivation from her two children and began as a stroller fitness instructor. Alicia has a unique perspective to exercise: "being 40 lbs. overweight and then having two kids can leave you in a bad spot, body image-wise". After her second child was born, she went on a quest to become fit which boosted her confidence. "Being part of a journey that changes people's lives is why I got into fitness, it deeply affected me and getting to share that with other people is amazing." Alicia, a self-proclaimed people person, is looking forward to meeting people and hearing their stories. Her tips for reaching your fitness goals “put your blinders on and focus on bettering yourself day to day. You can only compete with who you used to be. There will always be people who are faster/stronger/thinner/fitter but you can still strive to be the best version of yourself."
