I started my fitness journey when I was 18 years old. It was my way to deal with stress of high school finals. I self educated myself about human body and exercise since. I enjoyed training myself and peel close to me.
finally 3 years ago I quit my 10-6 job and started carrier as fitness professional. It was the best decision I ever made.
I love to get people fit and happy using one of my favorite tools- the Kettlebell! My techniques of choice also include body weight, ViPRs, TRX and barbell. All of these techniques can help reach any fitness goal safely.
My core belief is that by accessing your hidden, superhuman ability, you can be both strong and have a smile on your face. Mixing conventional and unconventional training methods will help you build a more durable and pain free body. In addition to being certified in SFG Level 2, my current certifications include AFAA, FMS Level 2, Original Strength level 2 and Animal Flow Level 2.
