Tammy Allman

I am 61 years young and have been in the fitness business for 40 years. i started as a ballet student and went to Florida State University as a dance major. Then I started teaching aerobics in 1980. I havent looked back. i love motivating and ispiring people to change their lives and to be their best. i have run road races from 5K to marathon distance. I have competed in many triathlons from sprint distance to 1/2 ironman distance. i have competed in several obstacle races and even won my age group. 

I have three adult sons. One lives in San Francisco, one in DC and one in Hartford, Conn. and plays professional soccer. I live in Roswell, GA with my 2 black cats , Bagheera & Fredrick.

I teach Spinning, Yoga (all forms), cycling and Strong Nation. I also teach Silver Sneakers and personal train private individuals.
