I am a fully versed fitness instructor. I'm educated in all genres of wellness.  I'm a competitive figure bodybuilder who has competed in more than a dozen shows.  I'm ranked at the National level.  I presently train-clients of all ages supplying them with a variety of choreographed routines.  I'm also a competitive tennis player and have been for over ten years.  I also compete in Beauty Pageants around Florida representing health and fitness as my forte.  I'm a mother of two teenager athletes who are captains of their High School sport.
