I am healthy, fun loving and friendly and very organised. Before I started teaching Yoga, I have worked professionally in the public service area as well as I volunteer for various seniors based activities.
At present, I have completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training + 35 hours of Chair Yoga training and especially like to work with the seniors demography. As the population ages, my interest to make the seniors aware of their postures through Yoga poses as well as maintain balance and improve their strenght and flexibility so that they continue to age gracefully.
My other interests are dancing, singing and painting.
I am really interested in teaching at resorts catered for seniors whio have mobility or who cannot practice Yoga on the Mat. So I can guide them through poses whilst sitting on the chair as well as through standing poses.
