Rachelle Antcliff

Yoga has brought me joy and confidence for over a decade. 

I enjoy yoga's journey of self discovery as well as the calming feeling of synchronizing breath with movement. With yoga I live each moment more mindfully.

In July 2015, I fulfilled my dream of obtaining my 200-hour RYT certification through Yoga From the Heart Teacher Training with Lezlie Ward. I am deeply grateful for the love of practice and desire to continue learning that my training instilled in me.

I offer a variety of classes, including classes that build physical and emotional esteem through the exploration of poses, breath techniques, and body-mind connection. 

In my classes, I love to combine playfulness with a dose of love and inspiration to help deepen my students’ practice. My hope is that my students step off the mat feeling connected, loved, and balanced.

When I’m not on my mat, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my family.
