Growing up in the small province of Prince Edward Island, Canada, Jeannine’s love of gymnastics, fitness and the ocean began. She now lives across the country in beautiful British Columbia where she is the pioneer in her small northern town for pole fitness and aerial hoop. She has been teaching children to 45+ ages how to get their bodies moving in new ways. An avid shark advocate and diver, Jeannine travels often to warm climates to explore their waters sending the message of shark love. She recently became a DiveMaster and will be taking her fitness into the ocean.

CLASS EXAMPLES

Introduction to Pole

This class concentrates on learning the basics in pole dance and helping participants have fun and gain confidence. Correct body position in order to ensure a safe fitness class will be taught along with pole walks, spins and some simple moves so participants can perform a short routine.

Introduction to Lyra

Students will get a taste of the circus during this class. Basic mounts into the hoop will be taught mov-ing into a Man on the Moon pose. The class can be tailored for a variety of fitness levels is great for en-hancing current children and teen programs.

Fun with Gymnastics

Ever wanted to learn a handstand, front roll or cart-wheel. This class focuses on the proper safe progressions to achieve these goals and other basic gymnastics moves. This course can be offered to all ages since gym-nastics should be a life long sport!

Beginner Pilates

This class focusses on teaching the basics of Pilates improving body awareness, flexibility, posture and restoring your natural balance. With the beginner class, our goals are to learn correct body form, focus on the "powerhouse", connect the mind with the body while learning body awareness, introduction moves and beginner exercises. With patience and persistance, the benefits of Pilates in all aspects of life can be felt.
