Megan O'Neill

I have spent the last 24 years as a health and wellness coach, group exercise instructor, personal trainer and yoga instructor.

I began teaching group fitness classes while earning my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.  I continued on with my education and received my Juris Doctor and spent 10 years as an Assistant District Attorney and Civil attorney in Philadelphia.  During these years, I continued to teach fitness classes and educate clients on all aspects of exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being.  Eventually my passion for health and fitness led me to leave the law in 2007 and open my own fitness company, Mlcfitness. 

Since then, I have worked with hundreds of clients both individually and in small group classes. I design and implement Corporate Wellness Programs for companies (global to non-profit).  I have been the keynote speaker for various companies including Microsoft and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

I have designed the MLC Method of health based upon my strong belief in a sustainable plan to maintain health for a lifetime. 

Currently, I teach kickboxing, TRX, Yoga, Bodyweight Bootcamp, Mediation and Mindfulness, CoreFit and Strength.  I work with people ranging in age from 13 - 87 and am always amazed at what our bodies can accomplish.  I truly believe if you just show up and work hard you can achieve anything!

I have run over 15 half marathons and 3 full marathons and am currently training for my 4th.   






Megan has dedicated over two decades to health and wellness as a coach, instructor, and trainer. Initially teaching fitness classes while pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, she continued while practicing law in Philadelphia. In 2007, Megan founded Mlcfitness, her own fitness company, emphasizing sustainability in health with the MLC Method. Working with clients of all ages, she designs Corporate Wellness Programs and teaches various fitness classes. Megan's belief in consistent effort is evident in her own marathon running endeavors.
