I am motivated living well & feeling great.

Born on the west coast of the US, and raised in the northeastern, US in the region known as the Great Lakes, part of NY state, currently, I reside in Northern, VA,  throughout my life I have traveled whenever possible. 

Although beach vacations are often my favorite, I thrive on various travel experiences. I am comfortable hiking in the mountains, trekking about cityscapes, and even finding off-the-beaten-path gems in small towns & suburban areas as well.

My wellness business journey encompasses Massage Therapy, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Postural Alignment Therapist, as well as corporate wellness programs/events, and various self-care workshops & classes.

In 2020 when COVID rendered my business non-existent, I started a new one in another field, yet I still retain my love for sharing and motiving wellness practices. 

Diverse job & life experiences make me an excellent candidate for adapting to new situations, this combined with my outgoing personality and quest for learning new things make me able to adapt to new groups and situations at a moment's notice. 

Motivated and enthusiastic about developing good relations with customers, I can work effectively alone or cooperative team member.
