I have been employed in the fitness industry since 1997. My position is at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club; a AAA rated five-diamond resort. I have taught and am teaching a range of classes. Included, but not limited to step, hi-lo, aqua, Spinning, core stability, strenght training, and stretch. I also have two years experience in the mind/body field. I am an avid student of Yoga(Vinyasa and Bikram) and Pilates. My current licensure for massage is in the State of Florida, #41496.
