In 1998 I received my certification from NASM and I was working as a Trainer while I pursued an undergraduate degree in Education and Speech. I had to leave the fitness field due to a difficult pregnancy. During that time I received my Mater's Degree and had a second child. Last year my family and I moved out of NYC. I decided it was the right time to get back into training and I got the job at Gold's Gym. I love working with people and helping them not only to look better but to feel better and be happy with who they are.
