Beginning with dance at a young age, she began the Marquette Univesity dance team and was captain of the NBA Milwaukee Bucks Energee! team for 4 years.  You will notice those dance moves coming out in whatever style of group exercise she is teaching.

Jenny and her daughter Zoe (9 years old) are often been asked to teach Master Classes and provide instruction on how childern and parents can learn to love exercising together.

With over two decades experience in the fitness industry teaching many formats, Jenny's approach blends technique, innovation, efficiency and fun!
