My name is Marianne DuCharme.
Health, fitness and well-being are qualities that I have always emphasized in my life and I try to be a role model for those around me. I decided to take my passion to a professional level.
I am a Certified Group Exercise Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, in addition to being certified in the Barre format. Below please find a descrition of the formats that I teach:
Barre: Lead a workout that combines the ballet barre, core conditioning and stretching, while using props and one’s own body weight to strengthen and sculpt the entire body.
Mat Pilates: A non-impact class that combines the work of Joseph Pilates. It is formatted to strengthen the body’s core muscles, while improving balance, posture and flexibility.
I posses the knowledge to provide my clients with information and resources that will help them meet their fitness goals. I also have the ability to maintain a safe environment for the group and try to ensure that they have some fun while exercising as well.
I currently live in Tampa, Florida with my Husband.
