I am a mother of 2 young boys and teach fitness classes part time. I graduated from Kent State University with a BS in Exercise Physiology. Over the years I have added to my certifications and tremedously enjoy teaching others to see the excitement as they see results.
I most enjoy teaching Spinning and Pilates!
