Julie Craddock

I started practicing yoga in 2008 and fell in love with the connection to body, mind and spirit that I found was missing in other fitness activities.

In 2016, I made the decision to deepen my practice and embark on my Yoga Teacher Training journey.  I attended the Marianne Wells Yoga School in beautiful Costa Rica where I learned to teach "Really, Real Yoga."

Upon completion I returned home and began my teaching journey-instructing at both small and large studios and in a heated and non-heated environment.  I regularly taught vinyasa, hatha and yin and eventually became part of the teaching faculty for Life Yoga-Milton.

I have taught over a 1000 classes and hold my E-RYT.

I love a more traditional style of yoga with a focus on the breath and creating space inside the body and mind.

I have taught in Panama, Dominican Republic and Mexico with Fit Bodies and have taught thousands of students at home in Canada.

I generally complete 2-3 Fit Bodies teaching vacations a year-from slower paced resorts to active resorts requiring multiple classes and specialties.

My specialty is Yin, Yin Yang, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.  In 2026 I will complete a 50 hour Restorative Yoga teaching certification.

In 2019 I became certified in SUP Yoga and I have continued my studies with Ashley Turner (Foundations of Yoga for Mental Health).  In 2025 I began my training towards my 300 HR YTT which will lead my to a E-500 with Yoga Alliance.

I am passionate about creating a class that is suitable for a first time yogi to an experienced one.  A class where modifications are offered and every student feels safe to explore the connection between movement and breath.
