Elizabeth Spohr

Beth has been training people for over 15 years. She has worked with people of all ages ranging from 13 to 90 years. She has trained in many different environments helping people achieve their personal goals. When Beth realized her aspirations to become a professional ballet dancer were unrealistic, she began to teach aerobics as a way to be active and creative. She then became interested in strength training and become a certified personal trainer in December 1999. Beth is an AFAA certified group instructor, personal trainer and nutrition consultant. She is also certified in Pilate's reformer, spinning and water aerobics and has her CPR with the American Heart Association. She has gained much of her experience working as a physical therapist aid and as a chiropractic assistant helping patients increase strength and flexibility for rehabilitation purposes. She has also instructed tumbling classes and taught nutrition and exercise to groups of children's organizations. For Beth the most rewarding aspect of teaching fitness is helping people learn how to live healthy and active lives daily.
