I'm a registered psychotherapist and a Spin Instructor and Yoga teacher by night. In which I'm passionate about and innately connected to as my purpose in this wonderful journey through life. I'm a healer and motivator by heart - and looking forward to any opportunity to connect to ones heart be it through conversations, fitness or yoga.  I'm in love with - life  and people   

I am also a mother of four children, two girls and two boys ages 27 24 18 and 16!
