I am a graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.S in Athletic Training. I studied dance for 18 years and have been faithfully practicing yoga and Pilates for the past 14 years. In addition to earning my Mat Level I & II certification, I have attended numerous workshops including "Pilates for Golf" and "Pilates for Stress Management". I recently completed my Barre certification. I currently teach 6 classes per week between 2 locations. When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my husband and our 4 daughters.
