Jennifer Huff

I am a mom of 3 boys and have been in the health and fitness industry for nearly 10 years. I currently have an AFAA group exercise instructor that has specialized in mat science and practical pilates.  I hold certifications in flexibilty modalities, as well as other specialities in Liquid Motion, pole fitness and aerial yoga.

I have been in love with health and fitness since a young age and love the opportunity to work with others.  One of my favorite aspects of working with clients is seeing them obtain goals they are working towards.  My priority to challenge each client to progress within their range and learn what their bodies need.

As a fun side note, I am also a aerial performers that specialized in aerial sling/hammock, sphere and pole.  I am trained fire performer as well.
