Teree Armogeda

I was born and raised in Southern CA. I moved to WA state in 1975 and have lived in the same general area for over thirty years. My husband and I enjoy hiking, biking and camping. I spend my free time gardening and reading and walking my dogs. I am VERY passionate about fitness and dedicated to movicating people to find activities that will interest them and excite them in their effort to get and remain fit and strong physically and mentally. I have two grown sons, one granddog and two great granddogs.
