Melanie is a yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), AFAA Group Fitness Instructor and Army veteran with more than 20 years of fitness experience. Melanie’s love of fitness and healthy living combined with her passion for teaching can be seen throughout her classes. Her primary focus is the needs of her students and making them feel safe and comfortable in a judgement-free space. Provided with clear instructions and modifications, students will leave class feeling empowered and confident in their efforts. Melanie meets students where they are, but by no means, will she let students give less than their best effort.
