I currently work in the Tampa, Florida area as a group fitness instructor. I have classes at MacDill Air Force Base, Shapes Fitness for Women, and at AEGON (where I work fulltime as a Systems Analyst). I teach a minimum of 5-classes weekly, specifically cardio-kickboxing and body sculpting. My primary goal is to instill motivation, focus, and fun into the training programs of each participant. I believe it is my responsibility to motivate participants to begin the process of adopting a healthy lifestyle. I do this by providing a workout regimen that is fun and safe while focusing on the each participant's individual fitness goals.
