Brianne Rowh

I hold a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland. I hold a Masters degree in Health Care Administration and MBA from the University of Maryland.  I have been teaching for 25 years (land, water, cycling) at various DC-metro area facilities. I began my career at the Fitness Director at the University of Maryland and am still working at UMD as their Marketing Director, helping to spread the message of wellness to our campus community. I enjoy teaching all class formats but find the most reward in helping others see exercise as something they want, not have to do.
