Stacie is an E-RYT who received her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2008. Stacie found yoga to help her healing heart and her healing body while recovering from cancer treatments in 1997. Yoga is not only a practice for her but absolutely a way of life for her!
Stacie's mission is to use her smile with her kind words and sense of humor to put people at ease so they have a feeling of comfort. Once they have a feeling of comfort, they have a feeling of trust. And then they are open to grow and to learn and to feel that they can make a difference in the world.
Stacie's passion is to teach a class of quiet strength of all levels with the wish for you to take just one if not more moments from class into your days. She desires to bring a smile to your face and to have you discover your own heart/body/mind awareness!
