I strive is to make exercise fun! I have been involved in health and fitness professionally since 2010. I became certified in Water Exericise in 2010, and teach 4-7 times weekly. In 2011, I became certified in KidStrong, a class aimed to teach children nutrition tips and movement based exercise. In 2016, I became certified in Spartan, a 26 minute heartrate spiking training program using weights and power moves to create a dynamic workout. I specialize in senior and obese clients within Water Exercise and Specialized training at Courthouse. I also focus on athletes and the training specified for their sport.
