Cheryl McPherson

I am Cheryl McPherson, 35 years old and from Mississippi. I have been in the fitness profession forever. In high school I was cheerleader and exercised daily. In college I coached cheerleading, gymnastic and taught exercise classes. Currently, I own a fitness club where I personal train, teach weight, step, ramp, pilates & yoga classes. I also work for FiTour as a certifying instructor. I teach the following certifications:Pilates, Yoga, Ramping, Aqua and Personal Training.
