Growing up I danced for 14 years as a ballerina, I also played sports like volleyball softball and field hockey. I was heavily involved with field hockey where I played all year round and played in all the eastern states. After my time with field hockey I went to college to become an athletic trainer , during that time I had a course to train athletes and professors in the school to learn interaction with people , I had a great time teaching people what and why they arere doing the exercises we were doing and had great feedback to my director of my program. That was where I decided I wanted to have my own business and train people to educate and help as many people as I could to make a healthy lifestyle for my clients. That's exactly what I do now and I love it , this can help me do this in a more creative way and a beautiful setting
