Teaching vinyasa flow yoga - An energetic style of yoga set to music that connects each posture together in a flow of movements, at the same time linking movements to the breath. 

Yoga has many forms, my aim is to bring a physical practice together with concentration on yourself through focusing the mind and breath in a way that allows you to step away from the chaos of day to day life and come back to yourself.  Promoting a sense of well being that carries over in to every area of your life. 

Yoga helps to restore balance and symmetry to the body, strengthening and aiding flexibility in muscles.  Using all muscles, muscle groups, joints and the body’s systems including cardiovascular and respiratory systems.  It helps focus the mind, improves breathing and leaves you feeling energised and restored.  Yoga is for everyone and it is also a great cross training activity that complements training plans for athletes.
