Rigney Armstrong

My name is Rigney Armstrong. I am 31 years old and a mother to 2 young children. I have been taking yoga classes for 10 years and in 2012 took the step to get my teaching certificate. I have taught swimming lessons in the past so I felt that this would be a nice progression to extend my passion to my new interest. I have come to love hot yoga espcially. I love loud music that encourages my student to lose themselves in the practice and go a little deeper!
