I have over 15 years experience in customer relations ranging from office, retail, restaurant and in the fitness industry. I enjoy working with people. The best way to keep customers satisfied is to acknowledge them and make them feel heard. A smile goes a long way. Currently I work in both group fitness and one on one personel training and private yoga sessions.
