I’m My name is Audrey. I have been a fitness enthusiast since I was in highscool. I enjoy the runners high, yoga, dance, pilates, surfing, hiking, scuba diving swimming, and eating healthy. I also enjoy vacations and live for sunsets. I believe that moderation is key and that there are so many different types of workouts that fitness should always be fun and should never feel like a task.
I have enjoyed encouraging friends, family and aquantances alike to find their perfect consistent workout regiment. Many people have the notion that working out has to be a tedius task. I cannot disagree more. Being fit should always be fun and personalized to each individuals specfic needs. We are all unique and there are so many types of fitness activities that it is not difficult to find one we truly enjoy. No matter your age or gender you should always look forward to your workout. I believe that health is important but I do not believe it should be a chore. I love guiding people towards a healthier happier lifestyle. Once my clients find their regiment they are unstoppable and excel in many other aspects of their life.
I’m sure you’ve heard this before, that you must be authentically you in all of your classes. I enjoy choosing themes and inspiration that means something to me. I enjoy connecting on a personal to my students.
My mission is to live a passionate life – one in which our true nature of clarity, happiness and peace is cultivated, so that we may experience the challenges of our human lives with an open-hearted ease. I invite my community to discover their own luminous nature through fitness instruction – from beginner to advanced – meditation, workshops, immersive retreats, teacher trainings, philosophical study and continuing education. I offer private and group classes.
I believe that every student has different needs, therefore I create a practice that supports and aides in transformation of each individual. My intention is to maintain a safe, fun and protected space for everyone from the new to the experienced fitness practitioner.
