I have always been an active person from playing softball, cycling, moutain climbing, running 1/2 marathons, teaching fitness classes, taking dance lessons, walking and just enjoying life.
I have been instructing running classes, cycling, yoga, weight training and fitness classes at California Fitness in Regina for 21 years.
I have also instructed combo and yoga classes in the community.
I have been instructing yoga for the last 3 years.
I was a massage therapist for 8 years.
