- 550 hour Yoga Teacher training with emphasis on meditation and trauma sensitive yoga therapy, emphasis on teaching Yoga for anxiety and depression
- 200 hour Yoga instructor training completed in the Ashtanga vinyasa tradition with a balance of Restorative and Samasa;
- over 20 years of practicing yoga in various environments and personally finding relief from back pain
- several years of experience in Financial Accounting in various environments have taught me to have attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, interpersonal and communication skills, highly dependable, punctual and efficient; both a professional and a personal approach

- exploring the healing of brain-body system by experience and with sharing of scientific evidence
- infusing teaching with self-empowerment, healing and the power of intention
- sharing my own experiences of mind-body-spirit in meditation to encourage others in their journeys to cultivate gratitude and loving kindness and building a sense of connection with self
