  • 550 hour Yoga Teacher training with emphasis on meditation and trauma sensitive yoga therapy, emphasis on teaching Yoga for anxiety and depression
  • 200 hour Yoga instructor training completed in the Ashtanga vinyasa tradition with a balance of Restorative and Samasa;
  • over 20 years of practicing yoga in various environments and personally finding relief from back pain
  • several years of experience in Financial Accounting in various environments have taught me to have attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, interpersonal and communication skills, highly dependable, punctual and efficient; both a professional and a personal approach
  • Bringing a variety of experience of practicing yoga: from general fitness gyms, to earthy spiritual yoga studios to regional community programs
  • Skills That I am Currently Practicing:
  •  teaching the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of practice in a nonjudgmental atmosphere
  • bringing people together in a room to share silence and finding peace in this practice
  • not merely teaching correct posture and alignment in asanas but exploring energy and synchronizing breath and movement ; teaching myself and others to nurture self-healing and love
  • exploring the healing of brain-body system by experience and with sharing of scientific evidence
  • infusing teaching with self-empowerment, healing and the power of intention
  • sharing my own experiences of mind-body-spirit in meditation to encourage others in their journeys to cultivate gratitude and loving kindness and building a sense of connection with self
