Maureen Kubicek

Hi, my name is Maureen Kubicek and I am a Certified Stott Pilates instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist from Catawba Island, Ohio. I started my career in helping people with their bodies in 1983 when I went to massage school, and I have been expanding my knowledge base ever since. I am a mom to four beautiful, children. Now that my children are grown, I take care of my two Saluki dogs at home, who I love taking with me on my runs! Outside of my passion for practicing movement methods such as Pilates, &*Gyrotonic  I enjoy running, meditation, musical theater, and spending time in nature.  I also love the water and spend a lot of time on Lake Erie, where I live.  I love to travel and I am always open to new adventures, especially ones with a focus on health, wellness, and joy!
