Since 1982 Hillary has been an enthusiastic motivator of fitness students. An ACE certified Personal Trainer with 12 years experience as a certified Jazzercise instructor, and 8 years teaching yoga, Hillary’s dedication to each individual’s needs creates the perfect environment to make fitness happen! Hillary incorporates a variety of training techniques including traditional strength, flexibility, and cardiovscular routines, as well as yoga, core stabilization, and functional body awareness for a total mind-body approach to fitness.
