Cory Bennett

I am currently a personal training manager / club manager for multiple Retro Fitness locations located in New Jersey. Some include Retro Fitness brick, Wall, Lacey and Bayville. I have been working for the same owners for my entire fitness career. I provide fitness evaluations and then I prescribe program design, nutrition suggestions and cardiovascular training programs based on our clients fitness goals. I am loaded with motivation, enthusiasm and I instill the same discipline to my clients that I practice myself!  I am highly experienced with any age, sex and physical limitations. I am also heavily involved in the National Physique Committee, I have competed in NPC men's physique shows all over the United States. I recently won two of my classes in October of 2016.
