Hello,

My name is Caroline and I am a 21 year old Sports Management student at Brock University. I have grown up playing sports all my life and after leaving soccer at the age of 17 I decided to further my knowledge/love for fitness by becoming a personal trainer.  I am now a Canfit Pro personal trainer specailst and work at the Brock University gym.  I am a energetic, caring and very motivated indivudal who loves to try new things!
