Since graduating from the University of Delaware in the spring of 2005, I have learned a great deal in a short amount of time. Transitioning from a full-time student athlete to a full-time professional has been fun, at times challenging, but an ultimately enlightening. I have realized that combining your passion and profession is the key. In personal training and managing the Group Exercise staff at Bally Total Fitness, I have found the fulfillment that leads to success. I have been with the company for 4 months and have built a solid client base and established successful Small Group Personal Training groups. I see myself moving forward and achieving even greater success in both positions, as a manager and personal trainer.
