Darcy Stewart

Darcy was born and raised in Idaho, studied business in Utah, worked in Washington DC, and currently resides in Orange County, CA. She enjoys running and working out, but finds yoga to be unique and playful! Along with working full time, Darcy teaches yoga to all levels and is a part-time life coach for her own coaching practice. She enjoys working with beginning yoga students and see their strength and practice grow. Her favorite yoga posture is wheel, but she'll balance in crow pose anywhere!
