I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to work in a few different areas very early in my career, ranging from exercise prescription for physiotherapy clients to fitting prosthetics for mastectomy patients. While I always enjoyed working with people, it wasn't until after I graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Memorial University that I really found my place in the fitness industry. This is when I began personal training!
I've always been an active person. There is nothing I love more than a thrilling adventure and trying new things. From figure skating to rappelling I've done it all and I honestly think that keeping exercise interesting and exciting has been the key to my own personal fitness.
Choosing a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you have to be perfect. It's about having fun and knowing how to make better choices to enhance your quality of life. That is what I am here to help you do. I want you to find out what it is that you love and become a healthier person while doing it!
