My name is Pasha Marlowe. I am an ACE certified group instructor and yoga instructor since 1992. I have owned and operated a fitness/yoga studio for 20 years and enjoy helping others find their path to wellness. I am comfortable teaching yoga, pilates, core, strength training, or aerobics. While I am not certified in aqua, I am comfortable teaching the previous classes in the water as well. I currently live in Ellicott City, MD with my husband and son.
