In 2011, Christine became a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and complements her 'day job' with her true love - Fitness. As a mother of four, Christine has instilled her love of exercise with her kids and can often be seen running with them and/or her husband. Christine likes to maximize her classes by strengthening the whole body, getting heart rates up and finishing with a nice long stretch. She ensures her classes are suitable for all levels, and wants you to feel energized when you finish! Please check the sundial for class times and meeting locations.
