Jamie Nicholls

Jamie is Co-Owner of DCAC Fitness Conventions, a company that holds annual conferences to provide continuing education to Fitness Professionals. She has 16 years experience in the fitness industry and is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor. She teaches a variety of group fitness classes, including step, dance aerobics, barre, body sculpting and HIIT classes. She resides in the Richmond, VA area with her husband and two children
