I have worked as Fitness Professional for over 20 years, educated with my B.S. in Exercise and Nutritional Science and hold my primary Group Exercise and Personal Training certifications with ACE. I have Management and Lifestyle Coaching experience, as well as a multi-cultural, International work experience that enables me to be a successful, passionate leader that has changed thousands of lives. I enjoy motivating people to have FUN while exercising. In addition to Personal Training, Group Exercise Coordinator, and Fitness Manager duties , I have experience as a Physical Education Instructor at Southwestern College and an International Accredited University in Nothern Marianas Islands. I was also on the Program Director Committee for IDEA for four years. I am a freelance photographer and writer , public speaker and presenter.
