Namaste!

I am a singer originally from Moscow and raised in London, who, after much singing and traveling have found herself at the foothills of Himalayas in India where I felt a great connection between Music and Yoga. 

I am now a RYT500 Yoga Alliance fully registered teacher and realised my own project MUGA (Music and Yoga) specialising in classes and retreats to live music. 

I held my own retreat in Amalfi Coast town of Positano in Italy summer 2016. I have more retreats planned in Italy, Spain and India this year. 

I teach mostly Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Sound Meditation in English. I am also fluent  in Russian.
