Vera Needham

I am a Medical Exercise Specialist and have been a pilates instructor for over 15 year.   I currently work at Pilates In Guelph Ontario teaching Mat, Reformer and Private Sessions.  I developed a pilates program using whole body vibration that was published in Canfitpro magazine.  I was a pilates RAB pro trainer for canfipro for five years.  I am also a Medical Exercise Specialist and write injury prevention through exercise articles for several publications.
